Situated at the former location of Skoah Spa, the stylishly-eclectic establishment is open daily for lunch and dinner service from 11:00am until midnight.
Its menu includes plenty of unique food and drink items bound to satisfy any style and size of appetite. Dishes range from light bite tapas and share plates to gourmet sandwiches and pizzas from a custom Woodstone pizza oven. A well chosen rotation of Canadian beer is featured on tap as well as an extensive list of craft beer by the bottle. Imaginative cocktails and wine round off the tempting beverage offerings.
The Parlour’s decor exudes a chic vintage feel throughout the space and features heirloom pieces, old-fashioned curiosities, custom artwork, and salvaged CN rail-ties transformed into a statement wine rack. The lounge area showcases chocolate-hued leather booths, high-tops and a striking 20-foot reclaimed wood bar that resembles a enormous cask. Adding to the vintage ‘parlouresque’ feel to the bar is a custom built DJ station that’s put to use by Christopher Simpson of NDVR Events Thursdays through Sundays.
The Parlour Restaurant and Lounge is owned and operated by a trio of accomplished culinary professionals (former Cactus Club and current La Bodega chefs) who possess a combined 64+ years of experience in the hospitality industry.
