CocoaNymph Chocolates, Confections & More!

Vancouver’s CocoaNymph is one of the city’s foremost hand­made arti­san choco­latiers. Their handcrafted confections, chocolates, and other tasty offerings are skillfully created with local ingredients whenever pos­si­ble.

CocoaNymph’s sig­na­ture product is the SeaNymph bar — a sweet ‘n’ salty concoction containing 64% dark choco­late with sea salt and Eng­lish tof­fee. Fresh baked goods range from luscious chocolate brownies to crunchy biscotti. And beverages include beautifully fragrant loose leaf tea as well as multiple varieties of indulgent drinking chocolate, and a full espresso bar.

Looking for something different? Try a pack­age of CocoaNymph’s house made marsh­mal­lows – available in plenty of classic and unique flavors includ­ing choco­late, vanilla, rasp­berry, and even more adult tastes like Bailey’s.

In addition to the fantastic selection of sinful treats, the CocoaNymph East location offers live music and a lunch menu featuring fresh salads, sandwiches and paninis made from local charcuterie and cheese.

Another feature of CocoaNymph East is their very popular chocolate making classes. At their Chocolate Lover’s Workshop, you’ll experience hands-on truffle making, learn about the history and science of chocolate, and have the opportunity to taste single origin chocolates from around the world.
