Available from now until September 7, the menu features six seasonally-inspired creations. Here are just a few of the tasty offerings:
Candied Salmon Spinach Salad - Candied Pacific salmon, fresh strawberries and BC blueberries, gingered pecans, red onion and Happy Days (from Salmon Arm, BC) goat cheese on spinach dressed with champagne vinaigrette.
BC Beet, Brie & Bacon Bigger Burger - Six ounces of 100% fresh Canadian beef with Little Qualicum Cheeseworks brie, bacon, and house-made beet relish, tomato, arugula and horseradish aioli.
Pair White Spot’s locally inspired summer menu items with some of the best BC wines from Inniskillin, Red Rooster, and Jackson-Triggs.
