The holidays are just around the corner and chocolates are sure to be on your gift giving or getting list. On Dasher, on Dancer, on Prancer, on Vixen! CocoaNymph’s chocolatiere Rachel Sawatzky has whipped up a new batch of holiday truffles that Santa’s reindeer can’t wait to deliver!
“I am totally passionate about the caramels this season,” says Rachel. “Cupid, the ginger caramel, and Donner, the coffee flavoured caramel, are my favourites from the collection. These are brand new flavour profiles for CocoaNymph, so it’s very exciting!”
Continuing what CocoaNymph does best, all the chocolates are handmade and crafted in small batches. All the truffle flavours are well-balanced and completely different but the standouts for me were the Dasher, Pranzer and Donnder along with the Rudolph because of their subtle flavour notes and balance between filling and outer chocolate shell.
