La Brasserie Des Artistes, affectionately known as ‘The Brass’, is apparently where the locals eat and drink, and this casual restaurant serves comfort food everyday from eight to late. Located right in the heart of Whistler Village, it offers a great patio for people watching and basking in the sunshine.
After a late night wining and dining at Bearfoot Bistro and Elements Tapas Parlour, all four of us ordered the hearty Eggs Freestyle breakfast: The Traditional. Two eggs as you like them, smoked bacon or breakfast sausage, seasoned hashbrowns, and thick cut whole wheat toast.
My meal, including coffee and tax & tip, came to around $17.00. Definitely on the pricier side of the spectrum, although portion sizes were generous. The food and service were nothing special, but the restaurant was a fun and upbeat spot to hang out.
