We were hesitant at first to try Taqueria Los 3 Hermanos because it’s located in the food court in Bellis Fair mall and, well, let’s face it, this isn’t Singapore where food court grub/hawker fare is incredibly delicious. However, my sister-in-law and her husband convinced us that it serves great authentic Mexican tacos. And they know because they’ve been countless times before.
The Chicken Torta, Ceviche Tostada, and Chicken Salad are popular menu items at Taqueria Los 3 Hermanos, but we opted for their tried and true original tacos. Delectable beef, chicken and pork tacos are made with authentic, freshly hand-tossed tortillas, topped with onions, cilantro and lime wedges — the traditional Mexican way (this ain’t Taco Bell). Also, their salsas are incredibly spicy + flavorful and make you want to go back for more, and more, and more.
They also serve Jarritos – Mexico’s first national soft drink and a Mexican cultural icon. This was our first taste of Jarritos (made with 100% natural sugar), and their flavors are a reflection of Mexico in its array of traditional flavors including: Tamarind, Lime, Toronja, Guava, Pineapple, and Mexican Cola. I adore their lime flavor, probably because I love anything and everything with lime!
Attractive pricing is what might initially draw someone to this little food court taqueria in Bellis Fair mall, but the delicious food will keep customers returning time and time again.
