Since we live around the corner, we’ve been to this Quiznos on many occasions when we have needed a quick bite to eat. As far as Quiznos go, this location is a pretty decent one. The restaurant is always really clean, the staff are usually quite pleasant, and best of all – they load up on ingredients. I don’t know about you, but I really dislike it when I order a sandwich and they skimp on toppings – so I end up feeling like I’m just eating bread. Not the case at this location.
As you can see from the photo on the left, the sandwich is jam packed with fixings. Yum. Their Classic Italian is always a good bet: Genoa salami, pepperoni, capicola, ham, mozzarella, lettuce, tomato, black olives, red onion, red wine vinaigrette.
There’s actually a Subway restaurant across the street from this Quiznos shop, but we always tend to gravitate towards Quiznos. Their ‘artisan’ breads and vegetables always seem more substantial than Subway’s offerings. So, if you’re in the area, and are hankering for a quick lunch of good portions and value, you can get your fix at this Arbutus Walk Quiznos location in Kitsilano.
