Ordered an espresso on Sat morning. The store wasn’t busy so there’s really no excuse to get my order wrong (it was not a “to go” offer but my espresso got served in a paper cup!), the espresso was lukewarm and it was horrible.

I've always enjoyed Cafe Artigiano, when you want great tasting satisfying coffee and a good sandwich, its the place to go.

That's correct. They started it, but haven't owned CA for several years now.
