I believe their oil is a slight mixture of olive oil plus another oil to achieve the high enough temperature. Thanks!

Wow! Those fries are fried in olive oil?!? I'm sooooo surprised!! Olive oil has such a low heating temperature I'm surprised it didn't burn before it got hot enough to deep fry the fries.

Wow! The fries are fried in olive oil?!?? I've never heard of that and I'm really surprised. Olive oil has a low heating temperature so I'm surprised it didn't burn for them to deep fry the fries….they must run a high cost replacing that oil too.
