Festival De La Poutine De Vancouver & Poutine Crawl

In collaboration with Le Festival de la Poutine de Drummondville, the support of the Government of Québec as well as La Belle Patate, Francouver presents Festival de la Poutine de Vancouver!

An event for the whole family, there will also be a coinciding “Poutine Crawl” across the entire city of Vancouver, and a poutine contest in the evening.

What: Festival de la Poutine de Vancouver
Where: Hellenic Community Center ~ 4500 Arbutus Street
When: Saturday, November 19, 2011 at noon
Cost: Free admission for everyone from 12:00pm until 5:30pm. $20 for the evening events starting at 6:00pm. Purchase tickets here.

Beginning at twelve noon there will be activities for all-ages — temporary tattoos for the kids, a battle of the bands, and plenty of poutine to devour. After 6:00pm there will be concerts, a live DJ, dancing, poutine competition and all-you-can-eat poutine. Amateur cooks can also enter their unique poutine recipes into the competition (prizes to be won).  Eating in Vancouver will be one of the judges for the poutine competition. Stop by and say hello!
